The Specific Rule
The effort involves realizing the expansion of up to 1,600 hectares of solar cells and eight new, large wind turbines by 2030. To meet this goal, the effort also involves developing and implementing a new planning model for renewable energy that ensures faster and more flexible local planning, earlier involvement of local actors and energy developers in the local planning process, and strengthened citizen involvement.
