Reduce CO2-emissions by at least 70% by 2030 vs. 1990. Achieve climate neutrality by 2050. Be self-sufficient in electricity in 2030. Phase out all oil furnaces by 2030, reduce individual natural gas furnaces by 70% in 2030 (100% in 2035), and make district heating fossil-free in 2030.
